Makepovertyhistory Style Banners

Wondering if anyone here has every seen the makepovertyhistory style banners on any sites before. I can get you a link to one of them. Once you see this i?m sure your thoughts are going to be ?oh yeaaahhh, I?ve seen this?. I think it?s a pretty attractive and subtle way to advertise. I would really like to download a PSD somewhere where I can make my own banner exactly as they have it, but change the lettering. I have gone to a few sites that post their own versions of the code, but have not found the PSD.
