Arcade Access not working

I ran Vbulletin 3.5.4 and vbux/vbplaza version 1.5.4. I follow the instruction in the feature.txt file. I disable the view and playing of a group. Enable buying arcade access, and in arcade access I check to allow for this group. But when the user purchase the arcade pass, they still cannot get in arcade. How can I fix this.

Arcade Pass is just to play the games for free, they have to purchase Arcade Access to be able to ACCESS the arcade first!
