MySQL Database errors

Hi,

I keep getting database error messages come through to my email address. I have had 68 errors come through to my inbox in the past 24 hours saying this:

Database error in vBulletin :

mysql_connect(): Can't connect to MySQL server on 'mysql7.streamline.net' (4)

on line 279

MySQL Error  : 
Error Number : 
Date         : Tuesday, March 28th 2006 @ 10:16:01 AM
Script       : http://www.xxxxx/forum/cron.php?&rand=355556
Referrer     : http://www.xxxx/forum/arcade.php?do=play&gameid=106
IP Address   : xx.xx.xx.xxx
Username     : 
Classname    : vb_database

The only difference in them is that the referrer is different every time, is there any way to fix this :cry:
