vbplaza viewing error. Details »»

i'm having a problem. i just upgraded to vbplaza and i've set all the permissions correctly but when i go to vbplaza from my forum like www.myforum.com/forum/vbplaza (as an example) it gives me this message every single time...
This user has not registered and therefore does not have a profile to view. i'm logged in so i'm not sure why i'm getting that. please help! Show Your Support

It should be vbplaza.php first off.
Second, in Usergroup Settings, did u change the option "Can access vbPlaza?" Also try Admin CP -> vbPlaza Maintenance -> Rebuild Bitfields. -CMX
