Hey i was thinking like how some sites ask how u heard about us.. so if we can add option that say how you heard about this site.. and make compalsery to answer that to ragister and we can see in admin panel what's the status that so all people know where they can do more publicity what u think ?

Just add a custom profile field and make it a required one. No special hack needed.
