Getting an error after reinstalling

well i uninstalled the vbplaza producs and put all the templetes how they were.

but i left the old folders and files in the database..

i uploaded all the folder and files from 1.5.3 overwritten the existing files

i than uploaded the product , once it installed i turned off the store in the main settings and now im getting

the duplicate message error everytime i try to post..

I am getting the same thing after upgrading to 3.6 and installing the newest vbplaza. The error is this

"This post is a duplicate of a post that you have posted in the last five minutes."

I get it on quick reply and long reply. Oddly, removing ajax features gets rid of it (for some reason) on the quick reply..but not long reply.

Anyone?

Having the same issue but not running vbplaza -- only on the quick reply.. and on multiple forums. So, is this a 3.6 thing or what?
