I have a site running MySql version 12.22 ---- It uses both VBulletin 3.5.3 and photopost classifieds....

I need to move the site to a new server running MySql 14.7

What should I do?

Um, there is no such thing as mysql 12.22 or 14.7 , where are you getting those numbers from ?

the newest MySQL version is 5.0 afaik

and
