Additional questions asked at registration

If a new user registers, I want to ask for some additional fields that get e-mailed to the Moderator to help with approval.

In addition to username, e-mail, image verification, etc.

I want to ask for Company name, phone number, etc.

How do I add this to the new member registration form?

Never mind... figure it out... I did it in the profile... but I didn't set the "Editiable only in Registration" option correct.
