Requesting a hack for punishing members

I would appreciate if somebody coded a hack where when a user posts, it translates his post into jibberish.

Example:

I am a forum troll! grr!!

Goes to:

1 4m a F0RuMZ TROAL!! GRRR LOL WTF!!1one

I heard that invision pro boards has something similar.
