Looking for Logo Help

Using the basic vBulletin style. Have a board set up for Fire Department intershift information exchange. Just looking for something that blends with the standard vBulletin style and says Lakewood Fire Department A Shift Chat and maybe includes the union "bug" (IAFF Logo) which can be seen at the top left of this page http://www.iaff.org
