Can't edit the CALENDAR template? Odd problem?

Whenever I attempt to edit the CALENDAR template, I get this message:

A template named CALENDAR already exists.

If you click 'Save' the existing template will be overwritten.

Whether I click yes or no, it does not save my changes.

I have never had this happen before. Does anybody have any ideas as to what might be causing this problem?

EDIT: Also, I'm noticing this is happening on any template that has not already been edited...
