Not enough points for weekly lottery · **Released**: 03-14-2006

I have some users that are getting an error that they don't have enough points for the weekly lottery...but they have more than enough (as in 2-3 times as many in active points (not banked)).

It's not a usergroup thing...the problem users are in various usergroups, and people from within their usergroups can buy them without a problem.

Any ideas??

How many points do they have specifically? Also the jackpots increase with ticket price as well, I'd need to look at ur Admin CP to further track this issue unless u can replicate it at http://www.vbplaza.com/forums/

I have users complain of the same thing...but I haven't tracked it down enough to say anything about it...

Make sure the users have enough points that are NOT inside the bank as well.

Check that in the Admin CP -> Users -> Search For User

Bug found, it will be fixed in v1.5.3
