SQL Error

Hello,

When im attemtping to view members profiles I am getting the following error

Database error in vBulletin 3.5.4:

Invalid SQL:

SELECT * FROM vbp_ribbon
WHERE touserid = '695'
ORDER BY ribbonid DESC;

MySQL Error : Table 'Mirzone.vbp_ribbon' doesn't exist
Error Number : 1146

I really cant afford to shut it down for peoples p3tz yet obviously I need this facility asap.. Thanks for any help

Have you run the rebuild for the ribbon system.

The install did not work properly if that table does not exist.

You could try to fix the install by editing the product for vbPlaza, and setting its version number to 1.4.9

Then try to reimport the product XML file with allow overwrite set to Yes and it should fix it.

i had the exact same error,once i uninstalled the old estore/ebux plugin all was good

I followed instructions, just double checked it was deffinatly uninstalled :tired:

No but my users could not and did not buy gifts, I only used it for points

For some reason the vbp_ribbon table did not get created properly, what version MySQL are u using?

Also can u paste the table definition for vbp_ribbon if it does indeed exist.

It doesnt even create. Tryed uninsalling and reinstaling and although it says its making it while I uplload it, it does not appear :tired:
