Is there PM notification to admin and buyer when someone buy something from the plaza ?

what about when sending eBux to another member ? any notification to send/receiver?

There is PM notification when sending gifts, ribbons, donations and theiving.

I think it only goes to the person you are donating to. You can use the history to see all the donations.
