Can't edit signature

I believe this is a problem with the site in general due to the fact that i've seen others post about a problem when updating profile and such. Perhaps there's something wrong with profile.php or functions_user.php?

Anyways, for some reason my sig is no updating correctly, i'm trying to use the following:

[CENTER][url=http://www.dopegfx.com][img]https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/[/img][/url]
[B][SIZE=2]LOGOS | WEBSITES | SKINS | HTML |  PHP(Limited) | AND MUCH MUCH MORE![/SIZE][/B][/CENTER]

However, when i do that it won't load. It only loads when i use it without the image for some reason.

there is a function to test if the image fits the rules

but afaik these function could timeout, but thaT's not a problem i could solve, as it's a function of php itself

I don't think the new function likes PNG images (see smilie below).

according to php.net it should like png images, except if they are not created correctly..

Everything else I'm checking that image out with is OK... can you let me know which PHP function exactly it's failing on so I can check it out to see why?

I get the same error
