How can I get the "Who's birthday is it today" on my forum?

How can you do that you set all the setting of every user you have imported with impex of phpbb2 to vbulletin, that can restrict them to show their birthdays?

Well I've implemented the database of phpbb2 in vBulletin via impex. All the users has the setting "Don't show birth of day". Can I do a mass change so that I change that setting to 'Show birth of day?'

And is there a setting that when new users register on the vbulletin forum, the setting automatically "Show birth of day" shows and select instead of 'don't show day of birth".

Both are possible, however I currently dont have time to work out the query, hopefully someone else does

As for that default setting, check out vBulletin Options - its got everything you need
