Avatars to appear when sending PMs

Our small forum uses real first names (or close variations thereof.) There are lots of similar names, but everyone has an easily discernible avatar.

It would be nice, when sending a PM, if the recipient's avatar showed up... Much easier to confirm that you're sending it to the right person.
