PM quota status in postbit

I suspect we've all tried to PM a user only to find out their inbox is full after we spent the time typing the message. I thought there used to be a mod to put a "PM Inbox is Full" notice in the users postbit (thus if you see their inbox is full you need not bother writing to them)? I searched for as many different terms as I could think of though and no luck

Does this mod exist?
