Best Plugin for HTML or Multiple Pages?

Hey guys,

I just download VBAdvanced, and making a page on that is really confusing, I also got webtemplates and haven't had a chance to dive into that yet.

I plan on creating a lot of pretty static pages with images and related forums links it in.

What do you recommend, search engine friendly etc..
