Members receiveing confidential emails that are not destined for them.

I have this problem on my site. I have a few forums that are only accessable and visible to Moderators and Admins but today I got an email from one of our members with a copy of the post reply notice saying that xxxxx just replied to a thread in the Moderator forums...

How and why did he get this email? It there a but in VB I am running 3.5.3
I made sure that this member does not have any rights to those forums and matter of fact he was not even subscribed to this thread.

What is going on

Do a search at vb.com for this, think it has been mentioned before (bug tracker or forums).

This is probably caused because a member was already subscribed before the post was moved to the Staff forum. Correct?

No this post was never in the public forum. It was started on the Admin area forums that is what is odd about i.

Then i would not know how someone could be subscribed to it.
