Default Thread Subscription Hooks
I am trying to figure out where/what the hooks are that check if you are subscribed to a thread and whether or not to send an email if you are. Not having any luck. Anyone help?

Sending out the Subscription mails (except the immediate notification) is handled by a Scheduled Task.
