[REQUEST] Varied Censors based on profile field

In my quest to give my site every little thing possible, I've come across this: some sites will have three levels of censorship: none, light, and severe. It also usually auto-censors for guests.

This doesn't seem like it would be all that tough to do; anybody care to try?
