my forum`s members are making a lot of flood to increase their post count.
is there any modification to disable increasing post count when a member replies a thread and just get increasing when starts a thread?

You could set a Flood Check - Specify in seconds how much time must elapse before a user may post consecutive messages.

But this Flood Check will cause that all members cannot post specified time, not just the one who just want to increase post count.
