I know there's a feature in vBulletin that can make a max/min limit of characters in posts. However, I want a seperate limit in a seperated forum. I have an RP Forum and I want a minimum limit of 1000 characters, while the other forum have different minimum character limit of 50 or 100.

I'd like this option to be shown while you create/edit a forum.
