How to use Forum Jump on all pages?

Hello, I looked at the templates and found out that the Forum Jump box is contained in the $forumjump variable, but pretty much unusable on several pages, include Forum Home.

Someone plz help me with this, thanks.

By default it will show on (almost) every page when enabled.
