Image verification for unregistered Posts

We have a specific forum that allows unregistered members to post. Unfortunately, we are having a problem with some spambots posting ads on the forum.

Is there a way to have image verification before unregsitered members can post?

Of course, if anyone has any other suggestion that will enable unregistered members to post while blocking these bots, I would be grateful to hear it
