Product Upload

Ofcourse the first thing I did was a search, but no one had replied with an answer to people with the same problem. When ever I try to upload a prodcut I get:

Quote:

No file uploaded and no local file found.

They only way I can use products is if I upload via FTP, which is a prob since I don't allways have access to port 21 :ermm:

Any ideas on how to fix this?
