adding extra links in ADMINCP -- help??

Under "Styles & Templates":

Style Manager
Edit Templates <---- WANT TO ADD THIS
Search in Templates
Replacement Variable Manager
Download / Upload Styles
Find Updated Templates


The closest I've gotten is the file: cpnav_vbulletin.xml

What can I do to successfully add the "edit templates" link -- which I think is template.php?s=&do=modify&expandset=1&group=all#al l ???

figured it out... created a /includes/xml/cpnav_edittemps.xml file and put this in:

        <navoption displayorder="1">
            <text>Edit Templates</text>

        </navoption>
    </navgroup>
</navgroups> 


Had it right the whole time except the "&" was suppose to be "&amp;"
