IP Information Form.

I have an anti-scam site which uses a portal page (vbCMPS). I contacted Scott over DNSstuff to inquire about creating a form on my page so users could do quick IP traces.

Im not sure what it would entail, but I would like too add a box to the portal page which would do this. Is there anything already available?
