When someone votes in a poll on my message board, it comes up with this error, but the vote is added to the poll. Does anyone know what could cause this error?

There seems to have been a problem with the database.

Please try again by clicking the Refresh button in your web browser.

Then it goes on to say an e-mail has been sent to the Technical Staff.
