A guide
Hey everyone,
We're pretty new to running forums and ours has recently grown just unbelievably! I was wondering if anyone had any guidelines or docs on proper ways to run a forum, regarding moderating, editing posts, notifying users about moved/edited posts and such. We're not getting bad users, however some go off subject on great threads and such.. Im curious if there is a good basic admin guideline for the proper way to move things, notify the users about things. One thing is like keeping the posts in their original spot but moving them ultimately to a new forum section that is more relevant. Hoping anyone can help with anything like this, i've read a few sites on just how to over all admin but im thinking some of you pros here might have some great guidelines your moderators follow or such. Thanks! |
