SMOOTH BLUE Style

I LOVE vbulletin.org's Smooth Blue style and would love it if some one made it. But of course making it identically the exact same. It's a perfect skin i'd say. Can some one do it? Or is there a place where vbulletin got it from?

but you can of course contact Direct Pixel, so he can make a similar but not identical style for you, as he was the designer of smooth blue
