Save personalized settings in Editor

Hey,

I have some users on my forums who like to write their messages in personalized fonts, like font face verdana, in bold, and always in the red color.

I need some help on howto save these settings, so next time the user is about to post a message, he can simply click a button, and get all the tags needed for red, bold, and the font face.

In other words some simple addon which will let a user save some tags, and later retrieve them when needed.
