when users send new PM's they arent getting the pop message on refresh. I have tested this with my own accounts and it's not working even though I have it enabled in my profile etc.

Any ideas?

Have you got this ticked.

User CP > Edit Options > Private messaging > Show New Private Message Notification Pop-up

Hope this helped, If not it may be your js file.

EDIT: Sorry didnt read post fully, try re uploading the js file and checking the pm_popup_script template

BTW yes i do have that ticked.. I actually ran an swl query to make sure that EVERYONE has if ticked now.
