Just launched this for my friend, there aren't many forums out there like this.. Used vBulletin, vBAdvanced and a customized header/Soft Blue theme.

I like the header image and the way you've handled the navagation. Although is this skin pre-made?

Yes its pre-made.. it's called SoftBlue .. however we modified it
