New Members hack (list the last 5 or 10 newest members on non vb page)

I am in the process of changing my vb site into a personals site and I need 2 more features to make it happen

First one is the rate my picture feature which will show top males and top 5 females on the front page.

next is this one. I would like to have a hack that will show the last 5 or 10 members who register on the forum. I would like for it to also show on a none vb page.

I know this is possible, only if I knew how to hack

Please help if you can. I am trying to make one of my site front page into somethign like this http://crushspot.com. They use a personals script for theirs but since the things you can do with vb is endless, I am trying to see if I can make mine like theirs. All I need is the top rated and New members part and that should be it

they don't use a personal script dude wrote that site all on his own. i know the site owner personally
