Sorry I really dont know how to put this into words... Basically, when you read a topic, the username and info are ontop of the post. I'm wondering if there is a way to move it on the left hand side? Can someone tell me which template that I need to look at?

All you need to do is use Legacy postbit, it's in the ACP.

/me goes and looks for exactly where it is.

AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Help Style & Language Settings -> Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template.
