$vbulletin->options and datastore query

Hi,

I would be grateful if someone could help me with this:

I recently purchased vBulletin 3.5.3 and I am currently taking a look at the source code and familiarising myself with it. The only trouble I am having is where is the $vbulletin->options array setup? I have followed the code for misc.php, through global.php and init.php and read all the classes involved, but when it suddenly mentions the options array I am slightly confused as to how the options are obtained and setup - I think it is probably from the datastore, but if so, what is the class that the datastore runs as and what file is it in?
