A Odd Admincp Problem

Hey there... I just upgraded from 3.0.7
Everything went smoothly. Untill i went into my Admincp...

None of the menus expand... and when i do expand them usin the expand all link at top of page. I double click an option and nothing loads... ive no idea whats up here..
For example i go into style manager... i go to edit a template.. and i cant because i click on a template yet it loads nothing.

SORTED IT
problem was not all files were uploaded in clientscript
