Copy threads to 2nd Install

I have a couple vB forums and would love to be able to copy an entire thread to a second forum (would be fine to insert the posts as guest).

As a similar request is there anything to sync user accounts between forums?

Anyone heard of anything like this?

Thanks in advance,
Tim

I don't remember anything like this ever released.
