paid forum, ads and refferer system

i have 3 questions:

1) i want to make my forum a "paid forum", how can i do it? does my forum need any integration to payment systems? do i need any plugin? and is there any ready-to-use plugin for this?
2) i want to integrate a refferer system to my forum. which will pay per membership registration. how can i do it? is there any ready-to-use plugin which will be integrated to vbulletin?
3) i want to make a text ads section to my site like at the header of http://forum.iyinet.com .is there any similar ready-to-use plugin like this for vbulletin?

Advice: Get friendly with the search function here. 90% of what you're looking to do has either been released as a supported mod or discussed quite heavily here.

How about some proper spelling/english?

Also why the 5 month target ?
