IMG tags only for registered users

Im requesting a mod for 3.53 that for any IMG, or Link/hyperlink that the path and images are only viewable if your a registerd member.

I would like it to say:

Images and Links are only avialble to registed users, please take a moment and register for full benifts or something to that effect.

I looked and cant find one that covers hyperlink, links, and IMG tags
