Changing the "Title" of the Forum Leaders Catagories?

I've seen it done on other forums - and I'd really like to do it on ours. I'd like to change the name of the "Moderators" section, since we'll not have moderators for each forum - but we will have "Hosts" wo do not act as moderators...and I'd like to have their forum assignment next to their name.

Any tips?
