Template that contains everything?

Is there one template that contains the entire forums? I mean like, if i make changes to this one template, it will be on every single page?

It really depends on what you want to change.

If you're looking to change colors site-wide, that's in your main CSS. If you're wondering if there's a single template out of all of them that appears on every page, header, footer and navbar.
