problems with install

yet after checking all my details about 5 or 6 times they are correct, any ideas?

If you use cPanel, edit the config file, change the datbase name of 'forum' to cpanelusername_forum. For example, if i login to cPanel with this info:
Username: testing
Password: testing
And my datbase 'forum' would rather be 'testing_forum'. Do the same thing with your username. Make sure you have the correct password, and that you added the user to the datbase.
