limit for e-mail sending for Members

Hi,
Currently my forum is over 2,000 Members.
My host provider has limit for e-mail sending. Something like 300 emails per hour. I can not send an e-mails to ALL registered members.

I am wandering does somebody know how to solve this problem. I will be so grateful for any script or software with “time” e-mailing function into.

Almost all shared host providers has such limitation. Hope, I am not only one who is facing this problem.
