Need help for 2 changes

Read the 2 questions and take a look at the attatched screenshot

1) How can i switch the two rows between them for each forum? I am asking this because on my forum, somehow!! the row with Forum,Last Post etc is on top and the forum name is below :|

2) How can i add more space inbetween forums?

well... i remember that i have to add </ br> somewhere to increase the spacing inbetween but dont remember were

Nope, can't find it. Or at least not without playing in my ACP looking for the answer which I'm not going to use again. I'm not saying it won't happen, but it won't be this week from me as I've got too much else on.
