Ported D2 Download Manager?

Is there anything like the D2 Download Manager already on IPB? I'd like to see something like it for vB.

OMG - yes *PLEASE* someone do this!!

this is the one thing I miss most of all from my old IPB forum. that download manager was better than all these.
