Small FTP Help

I use Smart FTP. To enable the "Copy HTTP" funtion I need to add it to my favorites, then edit the URL and web root path. Well my forums are in a root directorey itself rather then the typical WWW/public_html folder. No matter what I set these to it always adds an extra trailing /.

Typically on my old hosting I just add www/ in the path and then good to go, however when i enter the proper root folder it adds the trailing / I mentioned.

Any suggestions?

I guess you want that moderator position really badly.
I looked over all the forums and I don't see a relevant forum for this to be in.
Perhaps one of the admins can make a "General Support" forum.

This isn;t hacking, and as far as vBulletin goes this is about my FTP software, which is seperate from vBulletin.

And:

Where does it say that we can not ask for support?
