Upload attachment modification

Since I moved my site to a new server all I have is problem with the attachment that was stored in the database and now they are not showing up.

I'm not sure if it is possible, but when someone upload a new image at the forum I want the files stored at vbgallery members page instead in the database at the forum.

Any suggestion?
